This house is a three bedroom two bath home away from home if you are traveling for work or leisure! It is just three minutes down the road from the beautiful Dunbar Cave State Park and Swan Lake Golf Course. It is right in the heart of Clarksville and only ten minutes from Austin Peay State University and twenty minutes from Fort Campbell Army base.

Very nice accommodations

This is our third stay and it continues to fulfil all our needs. Always clean. We like the long driveway and parking in the back. Beds are comfortable. Downstairs is great if you have kids.

The house was very nice, and well maintained. The host was very quick to respond to messages and very friendly! The master bed was not the most comfortable. We also wish there were more games/yard games for our kiddos as we were staying there for the week. We stayed a whole week and also wished there were more detergent pods so we could do our laundry (again, kids). There was a hot tub listed as an amenity and was a booking perk for us, but there was no hot tub on the property. This is a good place if you're looking for just a place to sleep/eat.

I stayed here while visiting my family during the Thanksgiving week. The property manager responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose. I highly recommend relaxing here the next time you're in Clarksville. Perfect for a larger group to stay. group

Wedding

Came out for my daughter’s wedding. Very convenient to everything. Beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a railing outside up to the porch, and I walk with a cane. It was relaxing place to stay.

Perfect for us!

Was in town for work and the driveway was big enough to fit 2 trucks and trailers. The house was great, good communication with host. Just what our crew need! Will stay again if im in that side out town again!

There are 3 wide open steps to the front door but no railing. Since I fell one morning I suggested to the owner that railings be installed.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

Overall good. Lots of space for a group. Nice to have a finished basement. There were some issues with things being broken or missing (sink slipped off brackets, broken chairs, missing smoke alarms in basement) but they were good about responding to my communication about the issues. None of these affected our stay. Would be an ideal place for a large family or friends group.

A Real Gem!

Great location to restaurants, quiet neighborhood. Clean and just as it’s listed on vrbo. The house sits on a beautiful lot. Jimmy was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Relaxing and quiet atmosphere

Our family vacation went so smoothly with this rental. Jimmy was very kind and quick to get back to us when we reached out. At one point we lost power due to a blown transformer and Jimmy did an incredible job of keeping us informed of what happened and the power was back on within the hour. This house is spacious yet cozy and fun for all ages. The house is very updated and nice to look at making it easy to enjoy your stay. The flowers were also blooming out front while we were there and they smelled wonderful. Highly recommend booking with Jimmy!

Very comfortable home

We were just visiting Clarksville for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable. The 4th "bedroom" is in the finished downstairs and would be great for kids. The house is well stocked with everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker and nice grill. Also, a very nice (and big) well maintained backyard. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Quiet Home in Clarksville!

I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. Was just me, but lots of room in the house. Master bedroom has comfortable mattress. Kitchen stocked with good amount of dishes. Good communication with owner!

Hamburger Hill Reunion Stay

A few guys and I stayed here during the 55th annual Hamburger Hill Veteran reunion. I had not seen my friends in 15 yrs. We had a great time at the house. Parking was great, it was clean, and the beds were comfortable and soft. Communication with the Host was as simple as a text and the response was very quick. I would recommend staying here. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Thanks, we will book it again.
