Buggs Island/Kerr Lake Water Views, Shared Dock

Party in Slow Motion is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath beautifully decorated lake cottage with views of Buggs Island/Kerr Lake sits on a cove with large private slip dock. The lake access is within view of the home, and an easy walk.

Families, group of friends, group of fishermen will all find a nicely equipped cottage with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Right in the heart of Clarksville, and easy to enjoy all that Clarksville has to offer.
The space
The cottage has 3 queen beds and access to air mattresses if needed. Each bedroom and the family room have a TV with Roku for access to streaming. Bathroom 1 has double sinks and a stand up shower. Bathroom 2 has a single vanity and a tub/shower.

Our WiFi is strong.

The kitchen has all you need to cook dinner for your lake crew and enjoy the Lake Life. The dining room has lots of chairs so your family can eat together.

The covered patio has a tables and chairs for outdoor dining.. The patio has views of the lake cove, both bridges over the Lake. There is a Blackstone Griddle for your use if you know how to take care of it.

Yard is big enough for any games you want to enjoy, and plenty of parking. We have a firepit for your use as well, and firewood is available locally.

The Shared Boat Dock, and Corps of Engineers Land
The land around the dock is owned by the US Corps of Engineers and is public access. The dock is shared with one neighbor and for the use of registered guests only. The dock has space for you to bring your boat or rental boat. There is beach area at the water access in addition to the Shared Dock.

Guest access
The guests have access to the shared dock, entire lake house, and yard.

What is provided?
Linens, blankets, pillows, and towels. Kitchen cooking utensils, gas griddle, single serve coffee maker, and coffee pot.

You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Bring your own life vests for your safety. As the Corps says, Life Jackets Worn and Nobody Mourns.

**Longer Stays**
Cleaning and cleaning fee $175 required every 2 weeks of any stay over 20 nights. Additional will be requested after booking more than 20 nights.

Clarksville
Right in Downtown Clarksville, and all the shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and Buggs Island Brewery. Clarksville is a Golf Cart friendly town! Ask about adding rental if our Golf Cart to your booking to enjoy golf carting to the lake access and to Clarksville. There are many festivals and concert events, so check the Clarksville events for your booking timeframe.

Ring security flood light cameras above the front door, side yard towards patio, and rear yard. Camera can not view inside the home

No smoking allowed. Smell of smoking in property after rental shall incur a fee of $400 for deep cleaning to remove smell. Smell from clothes or from smoking inside will incur fee.
