"Room was clean. Breakfast was great but the staff need a lot more training. It took five minutes to check me out just to buy some cookies. Also my room cards stopped working twice so that was very frustrating but other than that the property was great."

"I've stayed here numerous times, and never been dissatisfied. The hotel overlooks the Snake River and mooring docks for one of the major river cruise lines. Very interesting. No significant negatives. I would note that the bathrooms are small."

"The very first words out of their mouth was that the room’s had been newly remodeled, so my expectations were high. that was when I went to take a shower. I went to prop my leg up on the corner of the tub\shower and slipped and fell backwards out of the tub\shower onto the floor just missing the toilet from smashing the back of my head. Maybe the money spent on the hairdryer and the iron for some NON-SLIP STRIPS for the tub and maybe a GRAB BAR OR TWO. There could have been a death that night....

"When we drove in the clerk took notice of our handicap status and offered us a 1st floor room because their elevator was out of commission. We very much appreciated that. The mattress was quite soft but didn't seem to be a problem for us at all. We liked the sitting area in our room. There were enough plug-ins. The coffee and hot water pots were empty in the evening. At breakfast the waffle machine, the juice machine and the heat under the sausages were all not working. The price is good."

"Construction started at 7 am I stayed 3 days and that was a bit annoying. Breakfast was disappointing. Floors in my room seemed dirty my socks turned black. Things will get better when completed. Priced reasonably through Expedia."
