"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

"We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great.
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready.
We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time."

"Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Room was clean, comfortable, and bed was very cozy. I would have packed a makeup mirror as the lighting is not ideal to do makeup… but that was my only small struggle. Best part was how centrally located it was!! Short walk to Pikes Market or the Needle.. and Top Pot. I quickly became obsessed with this coffee and donut spot just a few paces down the street."

"The hotel is in a great location if you wanted to park your car and walk around downtown Seattle. Private parking lots are very close and offered affordable overnight parking with EV charging. The rooms were small and clean, but very basic and bland. We were on the fifth floor with two queen beds and their guest wifi didn’t work. Our AC unit was also broken, so they gave us a fan to use during our stay. My biggest concern was there was no security in place at the hotel and a lot of homeless...
