"Found some long hairs on the floor near kitchen area. Also during check in process they show you a list to follow and not damage or stain anything otherwise you will be on the hook for it. Not really an issue with that but it stated also about segrating your own trash/recyclables in the two small trash cans which were not labeled by the way otherwise they would fine you for it. Last but not least the nominal deposit which i had to hand over during check in. Other than that everything else was...

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE.
Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

"Poorer than Motel 6 in Cebu,
1- Their kitchen was not equipped with the basic supplies, no coffee maker., no toaster , no small knife ( it was just one big butcher type knife), no salt, no sugar, no dish detergent, kitchen smelled bad, ( Strong Curry) that we had to buy air freshener ourselves. No laundry in facility .
2- safe was not functioning, we switched the room, no safe there , maybe someone took previous one, !!! They had to install a new one , then finally functioned only with key...
