"The carpet in the room was very dirty. The chair in the corner had stains on the cushions. The desk chair had ripped and missing fabric. The lamps had stains on the shades. "This was a great little hotel. Seemed like it was still new and just opened, everything was clean and maintained. No elevator FYI, stairs only at each end of the building. "Great location and easy to get to. Good proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly, helpful, and smiled.
Two nitpicks:
1) The continental breakfast wasn't offered in full during one of my mornings at the hotel. They placed a sign that read something to the effect of the food not being available.
2) Noticed a fair amount of chipping of the sheetrock around the elevator. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic but certainly noticable."
