"Absolutely wonderful staff. Close to everything. My girlfriend fell right after we got there while walking to down the street. We came back to hotel and the manager Danielle took such good care of her. She stayed with us waiting for the ambulance for 3 hours administering first aid and keeping my girlfriend calm all while watching for symptoms to relay to the ambulance team. "Beautiful hotel - our favorite stay in Ireland! The room was great, we loved the spa and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very conscious of food allergies, which was appreciated. The only downside is that the doorman/ bellhops were a bit aggressive upon arrival. We prefer to take our own luggage to the room and had to be a bit stern. But otherwise, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!"
