The Traveller`s Loft, The Crown Inn

Nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Cerney Wick, The Traveller’s Loft is a refined one-bedroom apartment situated directly above the traditional Crown Inn. Combining modern comfort with classic Cotswold charm, this newly renovated upstairs sanctuary is a dream retreat for couples.

Relax in the spacious living area, cook in the contemporary kitchen, and rest easy in the quiet bedroom with its sleek en-suite shower. Outside, discover the boutique shops and Roman history of nearby Cirencester. Even closer is the vast Cotswolds lakes, with the Cotswold Water Park and South Cerney lakes just a short drive away, a huge network of over one hundred and fifty lakes offering paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, wakeboarding, swimming, wildlife reserves and lakeside walks. It’s a paradise for both adventure seekers and those who simply enjoy wandering beside the water.

Please note: This apartment is located above a pub, so some noise from the bar and customers below may be heard, particularly during evenings and weekends until 10pm.

For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid stay clean is required every two weeks, charged at £80 and including fresh sheets and towels. Our housekeeper handles this and you`ll receive a payment request closer to the date. You`re welcome to message us your preferred day within that week so we can work around your diary.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
