"I have faced many problems. I have booked the room for 2 queen bed but instead they gave us king size bed room. I have requested to change the room but staff was very rude and not helping at all. Worst experience i have gad in this hotel."

"This property has gone downhill drastically since we stayed here 2 years ago. It is in bad condition and in desperate need of repairs. The elevator was broken in 2024 and still broken today. The lights flicker constantly, broken furniture was scattered down the hallways, rust in the tubs, and the carpet was beyond disgusting.
