"We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean the staff was professional and the continental breakfast was actually really good. The environment was just really peaceful and the view is nice. It's a great place to work out even outside because of the water and the walking trail. The lady employee who served the continental breakfast area was amazing and very accommodating. She stood out to me as I watched her help other people so graciously. "The pool had green algae completely covering the bottom of the pool, which was open for swimming. We saw someone "cleaning" it, but it was just as filthy after he left. The room had a sliding mirror closet door that was very loose, off track, and leaning towards the front door walkway. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. I think about 10 rooms were rented. Free breakfast was bare minimum and not very good. Hotel is very old and worn out, but clean."

"Housekeeping is a bit of a nightmare. They promise refresh every two days. Didn't happen. Even after making a verbal request at the front desk. No housekeeping. The manager got involved and solved the problem immediately. Kirk, is actually a pretty good manager, and has a lovely front desk staff. In an outdoor mall that's full of shopping and restaurants, but be advised, the whole thing pretty much shuts down at 9. Only a few restaurants remain open, and the hotel breakfast is very weak....

"Definitely would not recommend staying here. Staff was extremely rude. Stayed here for 3 nights not once was our room cleaned. We were also told that we had to bring the dirty towels ourselves to the lobby in exchange for new towels… then what’s the point of having house keeping? To top it off, there was NO bathroom door… and they wouldn’t give a different room or give a discount/any accommodation. Worst stay ever."
