"My sister and I arrived there and the trash can outside was pouring over. Checked in. Went to the room. Stayed in 204, Smelled like the air conditioner was burning like rubber and oil strong. TV didn’t work. Called the front desk. An hour later nothing no one came. Called again, finally a man came and fixed it. Wanted to take a shower, it was about 9:00pm and my sister was asleep, turned the knob all the way and it was a trickle of water and scalding hot, so I turned it to medium, the water...

"I was not informed that there was a charge for parking. Despite the staff being very good, the property looks somewhat run down and only 1 elevator was working."

"The Motel 6 was in transition (was previously a Quality Inn). The registration system was not completely integrated, so we were given keys to a room with occupants already there--which was a shock to both the occupants and us. The receptionist was quick to remedy this, but it left a sour taste. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no coffee grinds for the in room coffee machine. Management and housekeeping had no coffee pods available."

"Had a great experience at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club. The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and upscale. The rooms were well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt very professional. Great location with excellent amenities and dining options nearby. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"First off, no breakfast unless you want to pay a premium price for it. Premium price if you have pets. Premium price for snacks. Premium price for parking. Facility was very clean. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked well. Super sized tv."

"We stayed at this hotel with my son’s baseball team. All staff were extremely helpful from front desk, to kitchen staff, to cleaning staff. Traveling with 5 kiddos isn’t easy but room was clean, spacious and breakfast was awesome."

"Overall very poor experience. Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. The room had lights that were not working in the bathroom and the room door mechanism was broken. After requesting daily housekeeping, we were told it was not noted during check in. If you're not there for the hospital, the location is inconvenient and in an awful area. Not at all up to the standards of a Marriott hotel. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel."

"The staff was so helpful and breakfast was very good. We had a few problems with our room- there was no dryer, the coffee maker was missing a part and could not be used, and the shelf above the hangers was pulled away from the wall and was not safe to use. We could not check in until after 5pm as they were behind in cleaning rooms. WiFi was also out for most of one day."
