Relax on the large brand new double decker deck off the back of the house with a view of downtown Cincinnati. Gather with family and friends in this fully renovated comfortable house with a large yard. A short uber ride to all of the great attractions in Cincinnati along with the Arc and Creation Museum just down the road. Premium linens and plenty of towels.

We were at Pineapple Paradise for 3 nights while attending a family reunion and a music concert. The house is older with a very nice remodel and great character. It sits in an older quiet neighborhood with narrow streets but still had plenty of room for parking up to 7-8 cars. The house fit our dozen adult family members very nicely with plenty of room for all. I did not hear one complaint from any of my family.The amenities are updated and easy to operate and the place was very clean and well kept. The pictures in the ad are true to form (what you see is what you get) which made it an easy decision for us to book.Hats off to home owners Linda & Steve and to property managers Maria & Josh who were just an email away should you need anything.We highly recommend Pineapple Paradise for large group stays.Thanks,Bart, Maria and the Kinney family.

Great for large group or family

The property was great for what we needed it for... A base for a group of 40+ men in town for a football game. Nothing spectacular, but functional and accurate description. Beds were comfortable, some twin size though. Loved the deck, but wish the view of city was unobstructed. Ample parking.

Monday Night Football!

Some friends and I were in town for the Commanders-Bengals game and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms and enough space to relax. It was just a short uber ride into town where both sides of the river, Kentucky and Cincinnati offered plenty to do. The host was very responsive to all of our requests, responded very fast, and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

Great House

Family was in town for a wedding (11 of us). This house was great for us. Plenty of room, great location, lots of thoughtful touches - games, laundry soap, toiletries, large fluffy towels, quality TP and paper towel. Basement was great for my brother and his family. Upstairs master has walk-in shower which was great for my parents.

Roomy Pineapple!

Great house! Great view for the Fireworks! Plenty of space for 14.Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked except for needing a few dish cloths. The deck off the the kitchen was really nice. The top deck was a little scary! Nice showers, plenty of TP/ hot water but only left 2 wash cloths in my bathroom. We all had a good time, the girls loved the basement to themself. Would stay again and definitely recommend at The Pineapple house. Thank you Maria

Fun in Covington/Cincinnati

Pineapple Paradise was perfect for our family of 7 adults and children. Old house but beautifully refreshed, and sleeping arrangements were ideal. Beds very comfortable, too. We maximised use of kitchen, and it had everthing we needed. Nice backyard decks with a view. Convenient to multiple destinations around the city, from parks to the zoo to the riverfront to the aquatic center. Hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful. Great property!

We loved our stay here. It was a perfect house for our family - with 6 adults and 4 teens. The outside decks were a great area for relaxing. The large dining room table worked well for 10 of us for meals as well as for playing games. Everything was well cleaned and ready for us.

Great house, great neighborhood, great hosts!

My family stayed here for an entire week. There were 9 adults and 3 children. We had plenty of sleeping room, the beds were Clean and comfortable. The entire house was very clean! It was stocked with the necessities, which was very nice. The neighborhood is great, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch while the children played in the huge front and back yard. We enjoyed s’mores up on the top deck using the fire pit provided. The hosts were very responsive to any issues we had and we were very satisfied with our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Pineapple Paradise!

We were amazed from the moment we walked in. Honest assessment; the neighborhood was much different than expected, BUT then we met some of the neighbors and they were so very nice, it set us at ease. The house was perfect for our two families with perfect separation of rooms (top floor and bottom floor with the main level as the gathering area). This house is close to everything! Even with a busy concert in the area, we never experienced traffic delays or problems getting to anywhere we were going. If considering this area for anywhere near Cincinnati or in Covington, KY, you could not do better for the price or quality of this wonderful three-story home!
