Fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Smart keyless entry. High ceilings and luxury finishes throughout. Open floor plan with spacious kitchen, granite counters, stainless steel appliances. primary suite. Marvelous marble bathrooms with heated floors & Bluetooth exhaust fan/speaker. Full laundry room. Third floor includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and trundle bed. Sleeps 11 comfortably. Queen air mattress available upon request. (7) security cameras outside of residence, motion sensor floodlights, along with smart video doorbells.
The house is a short walk from the Cincinnati Zoo, UC, hospitals, and The Gaslight District. Just a short drive or Uber to OTR, Oakley, and downtown. Guests also enjoy the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Ample free on street parking. $100 pet fee, no breed restrictions. You won't be disappointed, just checkout the reviews!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the house. The house was decorated beautifully and there was every amenity we could ask for. The beds were all super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We walked to the zoo for the Festival of Lights and overall had a wonderful stay. Kris could not have been more welcoming or responsive. 12/10 experience.

Very accommodating for our group with pets. Excellent with quick replying to questions including on Thanksgiving Day! Beds were great. Plenty of blankets for a large group. Heating units in top floor bedrooms definitely helped during the chilly Cincy winter.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Kris is a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful. The street can be busy, but not a problem for us and our little (leashed) pup. Very short drive to the cute Clifton area. We'd definitely stay again.

Lots of room to unwind and refresh. Close to downtown and highways. Well equipped and updated. Appreciated the hospitable gestures of drinks in fridge, etc. and convenience of laundry room. On a kinda busy street, but noise minimal and parking readily available at nearby side street.

Enjoyable Comforting Stay

There were so many great things about staying at this property. Relaxing atmosphere, with nice size yard for the puppies. Definitely the most comfortable bed that we have slept in away from home. Small amenities that just make life easier if you forget to bring something. Got a horrible sunburn and was able to use the aloe plant in the house and it helped so much. The owner of the property was fantastic, even when my dad showed up 3 hours early. He happened to be at the house and they talked for quite a bit. Highly recommend staying at this property!!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the Zoo

Family of six (kids ages 6-12), enjoyed our two-night stay, and house was just as described. Bathrooms were very clean, and kitchen was spacious with helpful basic supplies. There are phone chargers throughout the house and in each bedroom. Street parking only, but plenty of space directly in front of the house. It was easy to drive into downtown and to the surrounding neighborhoods. We walked to the zoo one afternoon.

Complete Cincy vibe

My family was in Cincy to visit my son for a UC basketball game. Loved everything about the house and our stay. Great location, clean, spacious. The hospitality from Kris the host went beyond what one would expect. Kris added many extras conveniences . For example phone chargers through out the house, Wifi password signs conveniently located and rock salt for outside walkway. Kris clearly wants to make sure the guests have a hassle free experience. Thank you Kris!
