This is a non smoking place.
Private entrance to second level (14 steps) with 2 bedrooms, private full bathroom.
Bedroom 1: has queen bed and large closet with adjacent living/tv room, with sofa bed.
Coffee and beverage with small fridge in bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: has full bed with a large work desk and closet.
Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores including: La Rosa's restaurant, Root Cellar Wine and Beer, Skyline Chili, Bangkok Street Thai restaurant, GFS store, Dollar store, 5/3rd bank and many more.
1/3 mile from Trader Joe's food store.
One mile away from the largest mall in Cincinnati, Kenwood Towne Center
12-15 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati.
Private parking at rear of building.
For additional cost per person, guests may request:
Charcuterie board (cheese, fruit, vegetable, meat) upon arrival
Full or light breakfast
Healthy dinner for 2 or more.
The owner conducts healthy cooking classes every Saturday from noon to 1:30 pm on the first level, therefore guests are invited to attend for a discounted cost of $25 per person. Health, nutrition and disease prevention are often discussed while enjoying the prepared food for lunch.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY ROOM.
Guests are allowed up to 2 visitors total, no overnight stay.

Peachies rental is pleasantly decorated and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has a great location with quick highway access to Cincinnati.

Quick, Hot trip to Cincy

We enjoyed our stay at Peachy’s Place in spite of the crazy heat wave. It was a great location for us and we enjoyed getting a taste of the Silverton people and their establishment’s! Thanks Peacy for sharing your place!

Charming House

We love staying at Peachy's! The only drawback was a very slow draining bathtub but it fit our needs perfectly!

Great location

My mom and I were in town for Flying Pig. It poured rain the whole weekend so we were at the room more than we anticipated. The only opportunities I noticed were the tub could use a deep clean and the shower head pointed at the wall which made it difficult to have a proper shower. Beyond that, the location is amazing and it is such a quick drive into the city. My mom absolutely loved the place and wants to go back.

Cute little cottage in nice neighborhood

My daughter and I took a trip to visit friends and stayed in the cute cottage. It was easy to find and access, clean and cute, the only downside was the traffic noise at night that made sleeping a little difficult in the front bedroom. Otherwise the stay was excellent, the host was great, and we enjoyed our time there.

Great location

Good spot for everything along the Kenwood/Madeira/Silverton corridor. Convenient parking. Great communication with the host. Best for stays that are an alternative to a hotel. Small kitchen-like amenities, but no kitchen and just a very small livingroom.

Best location- great accommodations

I chose this listing for the convenience of proximity to both downtown Cincinnati as well as the Kenwood shopping area and the northeast suburbs. The property was everything we had hoped for: cozy (but larger than expected), clean (we did not encounter any issues seen in the previous review, making that seem like a personal issue with that particular reviewer?) Yes, the lockbox with the key at the door took us more than one attempt, but not an issue. There are steps up to the suite, but we expected that. When we got upstairs, we found a well appointed sitting area with a pullout couch, two large bedrooms with clean sheets and floors. No sign of dust. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We really loved the decor, and the fact that each bedroom was separate with its own window ac unit, so that each guest can close their door and adjust the temp to their comfort level was nice. The second bathroom was just inside the entrance on the first floor, but we never needed it. The main bathroom had towels and everything we could want. Communication with the host was perfect. We wished we could have timed our arrival to be able to meet her and take a cooking class. We will definitely recommend this location - it felt like staying with a friend. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Won’t rent again

Shower leaked into steep staircase that you have to use for entrance and exit got slippery I fell once but every shower that was taken I had to clean up from the major leak that’s 3 showers every day all week alot of cleaning had to buy extra towels to clean water. I informed the owner and never got a response. Do not rent this unit

Rental on Montgomery Road

This was the worst and I mean worst stat ever! Filthy and dirty property ! The area rugs not only weren’t vacuumed but the nasty stains everywhere. The candy jar was a bunch of sticky nasty candies. Bathroom mat was disgusting and there were used bars of soap in there, all sorts of soaps all over and filthy tub with mold around. Dusty furniture I could write words in and doors that were so disgusting! I have pics of everything! Owner made no attempt to correct or make our stay comfortable! Lost two nights sleep

Grateful for a place to stay, but cleanliness was definitely an issue

There are a lot of the owners personal items in the space. It appears as if someone lives there full-time and hurriedly cleared out the space. The floors and rugs were very dirty, some places with sticky spills that were not cleaned before we arrived. The owner was pleasant, the gardens outside were pretty, but the bees and squished grapes made it impossible to enjoy any of the outside spaces. It is a charming owner property filled with antiques, but it could definitely use some TLC.

Comfortable Stay

We had a positive experience staying at this location. There were four of us. It’s on the second floor & the stairs are steep, so that could be difficult for some. The main bedroom is larger than the second with a sitting area with a couch, in addition to the bed. There is a mini fridge in that room & a microwave in the other. It was very comfortable & cozy. It is located on the corner of a main road with a residential area behind it. I took a walk most mornings in that residential area & felt very safe. I discovered a small donut shop right next door.

Nice and well located

This is an older small apartment on top of a cooking school. It was great what we needed it for. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and the owner was very responsive. We had tickets for the western and southern tournament and it took about 20 minutes to get there. Can recommend the place to stay overnight.

Charming!

We found the place to be clean, homey, and safe. Had a small issue and owner responded immediately and took care of it. There is a shop below where she teaches nutrition, and we were even able to attend a free class - bonus! Would definitely stay there again.

Distressed and disappointed

This was my first trip to Ohio, I was in town for a funeral. My hope was for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Upon arrival I discovered several dirty items, I immediately reached out to the host and provided photos. She blamed the cleaning service and said they vacuumed & took out trash. Dirty items: Several White things/items floating in Keurig water Dirt, and tub scum Dirt ring in toilet Medium size muffin crumb in breakfast tray by the coffee maker Next day when I got into the fridge there was a small collection of water Hand soap dispenser in bathroom was empty Host was apologetic but did not offer to have cleaning people come clean the place. As you can imagine I was stressed and had anxiety…. Uncomfortable and discouraged. My schedule and budget did not allow me to make a last minute booking. The location is great. A friend of mine contacted host to have flowers set up for me and host kindly set them up. That was kind. It welcomed my hurting heart when I checked in. I reached out to the host today after check out and in detail expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction she apologized but did not offer or extend any resolution for my inconveniences.

Okay for a night or two

The house is about 15 minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. The check in process and stripping the beds at check out wasn't too bad. The sheets were clean, but the rest of the unit looked untouched. The bathroom and kitchenette areas could use a deep clean. The layout doesn't match the rooms & beds, so read the description carefully. There is a full bath upstairs near the bedrooms and a half bath next to the entrance. The futon in the living room was the same room as one of the queen beds, and the other queen bed was in a different room. There is also not a dining room. The window a/c unit was in the larger bedroom, so the smaller may get warm. But there are ceiling fans.

Quick Cinci wedding trip

Property suited our needs just right! Owner very responsive to our needs. Know there are some steep steps to the upstairs unit. Wasn’t a problem for us at all.
