A charming, historic stone house—rated 3 stars—that has been beautifully renovated, nestled at the foot of a foothill of the granite Monts de Blond mountain range, an area that has been a protected zone since 1977. Come enjoy this peaceful retreat on the edge of the forest, facing a spring. Unobstructed, sweeping views of the surrounding fields. Our cottage is an excellent starting point for numerous excursions throughout the Limousin region—its lakes, countryside, history, and legends.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a wood-burning stove, an open kitchen with an island—fully equipped (oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, microwave)—and a half-bath.
Upstairs are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (160x200) and one with three single beds (90x200), as well as a bathroom and toilet.
Comfortable home heated by a wood-burning stove and radiators (heating costs are the tenant’s responsibility in winter).
Outside, you’ll find a quiet terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, and a view of the park. Private parking.

The house is attached on one side to the Cottage. Excellent insulation.
