"This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. "

"Conveniently located between Johnson City and the Hye/Stonewall area and not to far from Fredericksburg. The on-site winery, brewery and restaurant are excellent. "We were greeted with chocolate chip cookies and a glass of wine and seltzer, while the property owners fed a herd of deer out in front of an amazingly beautiful canyon scape. The was more deer feed at the cabin, which we sprinkled in the meadow out front, and had lots of deer visitors which we enjoyed watching. "Stunning place with a consistent vibe. Unplug, be present in nature, unbelievable views. We were the only guests at the location that night and everything was perfect. We cooked a small meal on the BBQ, looked up at the amazing night sky, made a fire in the wood stove because it got chilly out, used the electric blanket and watched the sunset.
