The large terrace invites you to linger with a magnificent view of the nearby ski and hiking areas and dreamlike sunsets.



The house has a large living and dining area with a spacious dining table and a fireplace where you can make a cosy fire. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Additional equipment includes WiFi, TV and an additional TV room, fondue set and raclette set. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer.



The cable cars of Churwalden, with direct access to the ski, hiking and bike paradise of Lenzerheide/Arosa and the Pradaschier toboggan run can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, by bike and car in 5 minutes.

A parking space is available directly at the house, and other vehicles can be parked in the public parking spaces in the town.
