"Service was very friendly and helpful. The upgrade was appreciated and the fact that I could checkin earlier after a long flight. Location is great close to a bakery in what seems like a good neighborhood. Bed was comfortable , heater in the bathroom was great Z soap, conditioner and shampoo provided. Maybe the only thing I would change is not charge extra for laundry as it’s off putting."

"The unit was super comfortable with quality fittings and bedding, fit provides everything we needed including good kitchenette facilities. The parking is secured at night with key entry which was a pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful with an easy walk to restaurants, the town centre and the new stadium. The cream on top of a really great property was the wonderful host, we will for sure be back! "

"５日間利用しました！ 部屋は綺麗で、心地よかったです。 大きな重いラゲージを2階まで運ぶのには苦労しました。 あとバスタオルは毎回替えがなく一人当たり2枚を５日間で利用しました。 バスタオル等はできれば毎日取り替えて欲しかったです！ それ以外は大満足でした！ リッカートンのショッピングモールも徒歩圏内で、どこに行くのにも便利でした！"

"シャワーの取っ手に不具合があり、お湯の温度が定まらなかった。 使い方の問題なのか不明だが、勝手に取っ手が元に戻り（水圧が弱くなる）、お湯が高温になってしまった。 フロントに伝え、対応すると言われたが、その日も状況はあまり変わらずだったので、2日間取っ手を持ちながらシャワーを浴びた。 その他は眺望、食事等全て素敵だったので少し残念だった。"
