The interior is brand new and thoughtfully designed to blend modern comfort with a warm, inviting atmosphere—perfect for relaxing after a day of travel or exploring. For your absolute comfort, a dedicated heat pump is located in each bedroom and the living room.

Step outside into your private, freshly landscaped backyard oasis, completely updated for a luxury stay:

Premium Patio: Relax on the composite deck under a brand-new pergola, featuring a plush loveseat, two armchair loungers, and convenient end tables. Retractable baby gate on patio stairs to be installed 3rd week August 2026 for any small children or fur babies.

Two Fire Features:
Turn on the ambient propane fire table for a sleek evening, or head to the traditional wood-burning firepit surrounded by four comfortable Adirondack chairs (firewood fully stocked!).

BBQ & Dining: Fire up the propane BBQ for easy outdoor dinners.

Trail & Water Access: We sit right in front of the NB Trail system with access within two minutes for ATV and snowmobile adventurers.

The driveway is newly paved and easily accommodates truck and trailer parking.

We are also just a 5-minute drive (3.1 km) from the Chipman Marina for boating on Grand Lake. (Inquire about marina transportation when booking!)

Dining: A high chair and toddler booster chair are provided for easy family meals.

Sleep Setup: A Pack 'n Play and a toddler air mattress are available for your little ones.

Bath: infant bath tub and infant ring located in 2nd bedroom.

The Second Bedroom: Includes a white noise sound machine (multiple volumes/timers) and two baby bed rails located in the closet to create a safe, restful sleep environment.

Primary Bedroom & Comforts Master Retreat:
Unpack with ease using the convenient luggage holder provided in the master bedroom

Starter Kit: To help you settle in, we provide laundry detergent, stain remover, and dryer sheets.

Stocked Kitchen: Enjoy an easy first morning with essential spices, coffee, tea, sugar, and sweetener ready for you.
