Cool nights and summer breezes, beautiful mountain views front and back, starry night skies, farm-fresh smells in the air... Sit on the front porch and watch the horses, cattle and pronghorn graze in the open state land. Or sit on the back porch and BBQ while taking in the beautiful mountain views off in the distance or just relax while being entertained watching the backyard chickens scratch for food... Either way we're all about relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings... If the outdoors isn’t your cup of tea, no worries the interior is just as nice… Sit back and watch a movie, stream your favorite YouTube channels, read a book, or make your favorite meal… We’re centrally located in the middle of Chino Valley (2) miles West of Route 89 walk or drive, it’s just a couple of minutes to hiking, biking, shopping and dining.

SOME OF THE PICTURES OF THE LANDSCAPING WERE TAKEN PRIOR TO JUNE 2022 AND DO NOT MATCH EXACTLY WHAT YOU SEE POSTED ONLINE... Rest assured, the interior of our home has had some furniture additions and subtractions but still looks the same as in the pictures posted...

Perfect Choice

After a difficult year having lost my mom, had 5 surgeries from a cancer that returned and a broken neck, I needed a place where I could rest while my husband took a week of classes at Gunsight. This place was perfect. I set up my sewing studio in the office, my Bible study station on the dining table and my rest and relax place on the reclining loveseat. The bed in the master was really comfortable and the entire house was one of the best we have used for supplies and appliances. The hosts who lived next door were away most of our stay, but the only 2 times I had questions the text was answered within minutes.

Loved everything about this beautiful home. Owners really pay attention to detail and everything we needed was there and easy to find. When we pulled up we were greeted by the home owner and graciously welcomed. Property was easy to find and close to everything we wanted to see while in the area. A

Beautiful Views and Home

We enjoyed this home in Chino Valley during spring break. We were able to visit the Grand Canyon and other landmarks while we stayed. The home was well stocked for a family and was plenty of space for my wife and three kids. We enjoyed watching the chickens in the morning and the dozen eggs the owner delivered upon our arrival. Thank you for making us feel welcome!!

Perfect quick getaway!!

Oh my goodness. This property was simply perfect for our quick trip to Prescott for a gymnastics meet. We tagged along to help with my new granddaughter. the set up for the house was perfect. They had their end with the baby, and we had our "wing". Super clean, super comfy, and there's CHICKENS!! Such a cute property!! If we have the need to return, and need a place this size, they will definitely be hearing from us!!THANK YOU!!

Absolutely wonderful!

We were SO happy with this property! Paul and Reshel were great hosts - the home was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautiful! The location was great too - very easy to get around Chino Valley and an easy drive down to Prescott. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we're in the area!!

Near Windmill House Wedding Venue

The owners live in the home next door. They came and introduced themselves, and extended every courtesy as if we were new neighbors. I had a dilemma on a steam iron, and the owner located and let me borrow an extension cord. Lifesaver for steaming my daughter's wedding dress! One thing to note when booking this property,checkout time is 10 AM. Property was beautiful, well-kept and well stocked with kitchen extras. Thanks so much for having us.

Great space love outdoor seating and the ranch style community.

This was a cute place , simple and quiet area which is amazing. We saw antelope in the fields grazing with the front porch view. Also spacious area for family to gather .

Wedding weekend

We had guests from IL with us for the Wedding of my granddaughter at the Windmill house in Chino Valley. I was amazed I could get such a lovely place only 6 minutes away from the venue! It was perfect and so comfortable and homey. Check in and check out we’re so easy. Loved seeing all the antelopes in the fields and of course all the chickens. One would watch me when I had the bathroom window open, lol! Thanks so much Paul and Reshel. Would return in a heartbeat.

Home Sweet Home.

Wonderful property and hosts

The property is as described with a feeling of being home. The house has everything you need to your comfort and daily life activities. Wonderful weekend

We really enjoyed this house and property! They have wonderful garden and chickens which we loved, and we got some produce to take home! This is a fantastic place to stay, house was so cozy and comfortable, slept better there rhan at home! We will be back.

Amazing

This property was everything it claimed to be and more! It was in close proximity to everything, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Any time I contacted Paul, he reaponded quickly and was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Great Host, Great Place in Chino Valley

We stayed at Paul and Reshel’s place for a week and we absolutely loved it. Place is immaculate, 5 minutes away from Safeway, 20 min away from Prescott. Kitchen is perfect, coach in living room is awesome and all appliances are very much new and work perfectly. AC was running strong and kept us from the crazy heat we had between July 15 and 22. We will be back and can’t Thank our host again for the extra cleaning they did for our son who has very bad allergies. Thank You.

A wonderful Experience

The VRBO process was easy, that is saying a lot for 2 70+ year olds. We travelled 4 days to reach Paul's rental, every thing was waiting for us. Our stay of 9 days was amazing, cool rooms in the middle of a crazed heat wave. The home was perfect, we extended our stay by 2 more days. The location was central to our needs, Phoenix, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Our host was the best.

We had a quick trip for a weekend. The home is immaculate inside. I used to live in Chino Valley and I forgot how cool the nights get. A perfect fluffy blanket did the job. It was a first time for my parents to stay anywhere other than the Day's Inn. They were extremely impressed. No comparison! Thank you, Paul. I would love to stay again sometime!

Paul and Reshelle were wonderful hosts. The home is beautiful and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for our family. They stocked the refrigerator with farm fresh eggs. They were very nice and available for any questions as they too live on the same property. They even entertained lots of questions from our grandson.
