"Initially our room was located next to the pool. We found the music especially the heavy bass sound to be very unpleasant. We called the front desk; the staff member apologized & said he would lower the volume. Unfortunately the noise continued and we asked to be moved. Staff responded immediately and moved us to a more comfortable room."

"The hotel location was great. It was with in a 20 minute drive of numerous wineries and restaurants. It was also within walking distances to local stores for the purchase of necessities. If you enjoy walking past beautify bungalows and turn of the century homes while heading Napas “Old Town” in order to enjoy the scenic Napa River and small eateries ,pubs and funky stores stay here. "This is one of the cutest places in Napa valley. It’s literally 10 steps from where the hot air balloons launch, has the Model Bakery on sight, and surrounded by wineries. The rooms are spacious and have a ton of amenities."

"We enjoyed our stay. Family of 4 with 3 teenagers, tagging along with a husband who stayed at another (more expensive hotel) for a work meeting. Nice location, right off the highway. Cute little downtown area a few blocks away. Rooms were clean. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast, the staff and the kids loved “cookie hour”. My daughter took a quick dip in the hot tub too!
