"Beautiful cabin steps from the beach . Well stocked , good communication . I love sitting on the deck drinking my coffee in the morning and camp fires at night . There are nice fire pits set up to enjoy a nice evening "

"It was just great! Loved having the washer dryer, and lots of other small touches that made it extra nice. TV lost its feed and I received a message within 15 min how to try to fix it and it worked. Also liked the suggestions on what to do and where to go. Of course being on the water was perfect. "

"Ideal for family reunions and playing the two golf courses. We loved our time here - definitely a great spot to stay!"

"Here are a few things that we would like to add: There was not enough shampoo, no saran wrap or foil paper, no tea or coffee, no curtains in patio door. Oven mitts should be replaced as one of the ladies got burned removing something from oven. Every place that we stayed had enough shampoo and all these items mentioned above.We would like to say thank you for letting us sign in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm which helped a lot."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Gert and Gus’s place in Margaree Harbour! From the moment we arrived, they gave us such a lovely welcome and were incredibly helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area. The location couldn’t be better -perfect for exploring Cape Breton Highlands National Park and the many gorgeous local beaches (and there are so many to choose from!). We loved using the driving range and taking our morning walk to the river for a float/dip.The place is even better...

Catherine answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Lavender house was close to all the activities we wanted to do as well as shopping. Couldn’t ask for anything more! "This was the PERFECT place to stay for us. Four adults (two couples) so the living room and deck was perfect for us to be able to socialize comfortable in the evening.
