"I often stay at this hotel, which is clean, with spacious rooms. I like the location, and most of the staff members are extremely friendly. One negative is that although I have stayed probably 100+ nights over the past few years, the reservations system doesn't recognize me if I book via an agency (e.g. Expedia), which I always do, because the prices are terrible via the hotel's website. Several times I have been given an awful room (brick wall view) and had to change it. Obviously a chain-wide...

"We only stayed for one night, the check-in process was easy and the rooms were clean. The hotel is at a good location from the train station and for us to walk to to cruise terminal. "

"The staff was really friendly and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at while traveling in Japan so far. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. My favorite part was the big tub and they provided all the toiletries even bath salts and face masks. If I would have known how amazing this room was I would’ve stayed here longer. If I come back to Yokohama I will definitely be staying here again."
