"ポケモンセンターや、サンシャインのビルで遅くまで遊ぶのにこのホテルに泊まりました。昨年も夏に泊まりましたが、サンシャインにすぐに行けるので、とても便利で楽しいです。チェックインやチェックアウトは、外国人客もとても多く、かなり時間がかかるかと思いましたが、機械でチェックイン、チェックアウトできたので時間もかからずとっても楽でした。また来年も泊まりたいです。"

"The hotel is so clean. Our room was comfortable but not very big. They may have larger rooms, we booked one with two twin beds. It was nice that there was a mini fridge. Walking to Sunshine City Mall was quick and easy. Actually, it was easy to walk pretty much everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite and helpful. We didn't add the breakfast buffet when we booked our rooms because we weren't sure if we would use it. It was quick to go to the desk and purchase tickets....

"I enjoyed my stay at Hatoya hotel Ikebukuro. While not glamorous, the room was clean, comfortable and walking distance from the station and the centre of Ikebukuro. It was the perfect place to base myself for a day of sightseeing around Tokyo. The manger and staff were were friendly and helpful. The manager even allowed me to check in when I arrived early which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely consider staying at Hatoya hotel again. "

"We are a family with young children (an 11 year old and a two year old) and the room was surprisingly much more spacious than I thought and definitely very clean which is important to us. We had an amazing experience and the staff was extremely kind and always helpful and patient when we had questions. They answered some questions prior to our stay and then assisted during our stay with things like luggage transfer. Happy to recommend COCOYO HOTEL and would definitely stay there again in the...
