My name is Thomas. My family would love the opportunity to open our doors for your relaxing and enjoyable stay. Let our home's charm and simplicity put your mind to ease. Please, come in and slip your shoes off and relax. Take this opportunity to rest and rejuvenate while on vacation in this cozy home that is nestled on 1/3 of an acre.

The home is perfect for backyard BBQ whiles hanging out while your loved ones lounge nearby and congregate around in the pool.

-new Ring Video doorbell
-over 400’ of new top of the line privacy redwood fencing.
-new rain gutters all around

-We capped these off with a nice new look of “Lake Shasta Blue” paint to our entry door. Welcome to our home!!!

Perfect Summer Get Away!

Was a wonderful property! We got to swim and have summer fun by the pool. The backyard is exceptional and the home was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Chico!

Stay in Chico

We enjoyed our stay.. the only complaint I would have is there was were no wash cloths and the house had a very musty smelling like it had been closed up for a long time. I have asthma so I had problems with my lungs! But over all it was as very nice. Wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool.

A comfortable stay

Couldn't enjoy the pool this time of year, but the lawn in the backyard was great for the dog! The house is well equipped and everything worked fine. Just a few minor recommendations: the lock box is awkward and should be upgraded; the second bathroom has no drain cover and is just waiting for an earring to fall into it; the highly sensitive smoke detector should not be placed so close to the toaster and stove.)

Great Place

This is a great house with a wonderful pool. It isn't heated so keep that in mind if you travel in cooler months. The house had everything we needed. The wifi worked great, I needed good internet for work and school. There was plenty of room for our large group.

Great location

Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim, but the place was very comfortable and well stocked for cooking and eating. The binder was a little out of date ( the code for the pool padlock was too many numbers for the existing lock). It was a great experience!

Kids LOVED the pool!

We stayed at the end of May for the birthdays of the 6 and 15 year old granddaughters. My 8 yr old grandson and 3 adult parwnts stayed too. Everyone loved the pool! They got out to eat and right back in. Perfect temperature, perfect weather for swimming. Lots of stuff for the 15 year old to do in Chico. Nice little mall and bowling alley with arcade. Good food at Qucker’s grill. It was a little warm for Bidwell Park this trip, but we were there to swim. Beds were very comfortable! Michael is a super nice and responsive host. My only suggestion would be a pull out couch bed for kids in living room. This was a really nice place to take a vacay for the entire family!

Fantastic pool getaway

Their property is close to downtown, but tucked away in a great quiet safe neighborhood and has the greatest yard complete with a pool. House was clean, and plenty of space for our group. The host was very responsive and super helpful & kind. Would definitely come back and recommend this rental - perfect Chico house :-)

Visiting Chico State

I came here with my son, nieces, and sister. This house was perfect. Very clean and in the right spot for us. It was about a 8-10 minute drive to all of restaurants & retail stores. Definitely hope to come back to this beautiful house!

Great Place

If you are going to stay in Chico this place is an excellent choice. When we arrived and opened the door we were very happy with all this home had to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and beds were very nice. It was just the two of us staying, but the house would easily accommodate 6 adults. Would also be a fun place to bring the kids, with the pool, extra space in the garage, and the big back yard.

Clean and affordable

We needed a place to stay for visiting Chico State for the choose Chico weekend. This provided a clean, close, and affordable option for the weekend. Only wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the pool.
