"部屋もベッドも広く寛げました！ 朝は曇って屋上展望台から富士山が見えなかったのですが、朝食後に再度行ったら雲が切れて、足湯しながら富士山を見ることが出来ました！ 強いて言えば、前日が雨だったからか屋上に行く時のマットがベタベタで新しいタオルもなかったのが残念でした。"

"Really convenient and easy walk from Gotemba station, friendly staff, and a clean and comfortable room. I loved that they provided little skincare kits in the bathroom, as well. It was a great layover stay before a trip to Mt. Fuji. "

"We loved our stay and didn't want to leave! We had three nights in one of the Villas. It was completely private, the wood cabin was gorgeous and smelled amazing. We had a private outdoor bath in the villa and it was fabulous spending time out there. Both the traditional Japanese breakfast and the French breakfast buffet was a treat. Would recommend trying both. "

"A very nice upscale hotel next to Lake Ashi. The hotel is new and conveniently located for public transportation. Easy to get to the cable car, bus stop, and the famous pirate ship ferry accross the lake. We stayed for two nights and it was enjoyable and enough. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is spread over two interconnected buildings and we stayed in the middle one. The first, small building is for the common areas and the next long building is the guest rooms.
