Our vacation apartments at BOTTONERA casa vacanza are located in Bottonera—the neighborhood that gives the property its name—Chiavenna’s old artisans’ quarter, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrian zone. The house, which had been unused and dilapidated for years, has been lovingly renovated from the ground up. Here, timeless design meets Alpine coziness. Central yet quiet. Sun-drenched with south-facing balconies and magnificent mountain views.

Our “Stella” is a dream! Here you’ll stay high above the rooftops of Chiavenna. A light-filled attic apartment for 2–4 people on the 3rd floor. Spacious living/dining area with a cozy sofa, a unique dining table by a local designer, and a fully equipped, open-concept, high-quality kitchen with a bar. A pellet stove open on three sides ensures cozy evenings. Fantastic mountain views through the large panoramic window. Spacious south-facing balcony with deck chairs and a terrace with a dining table. Separate bedroom with a floating LAGO double bed (1.60 m). Second bedroom with a daybed (spring mattress) suitable for 1–2 people. The daybed can be used as a double bed (1.60 m) or two single beds. Bathroom with natural light, featuring a separate toilet and bidet.
