It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. "I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of hot and cold breakfast options. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very nice, and the putting green and patio with grills are a cool touch. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family and it was great. "I wasn't excepting much when I saw the photos of this hotel but I still booked. It was my first time here. The front desk staff, Nilsa, she provided awesome customer service. The room they gave was beautiful, compared to the ones on the photos. As for the rest of the hotel, very limited slot machines. The restaurant was not good at all. The cafe was not good either, their oven was bot working and were not serving any hot breakfast. So that was very disappointing. I will wait to come here again...
