  • Our cozy cottages offer added privacy with all the comforts of home. Enjoy your own, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, as well as a stackable washer/dryer, 50" flat screen TV, corner fireplaces, free WiFi, private back porch with mountain views, covered breezeway with dining and casual seating for outdoor gatherings. We also have seating along the banks of the babbling brook.

    If you are staying in our area for an extended period of time, our cottages will wrap you in comfort and provide you the conveniences you need to feel like you never left home! Spotless with high quality linens, kitchen and tv equipment, and furniture. Wonderful attention to detail with decor. Local brochures and menus. Just the right size and location. Great communication with the hosts. Loved our stay.

Nice house with a beautiful Mountain View! Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The s’mores kit was a nice touch, too. Highlights of our stay were hiking in DuPont forest to Three Falls, Lexington Glass Works in Asheville, and downtown Waynesville. All in all, we had a great trip.

Wonderful property! It is convenient to many areas—downtown Waynesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley and Asheville. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

The perfect Cabin

This cabin was the perfect spot for my wife and I. From the moment we walked in , it was clean and tidy. We were 5 minutes from Waynesville and enjoyed the town and the people. I highly recommend this cabin.

Christmas Vacation in Smokies Cottage

Our 5 nights stay was wonderful! Dina and Carolyn were very nice and helpful. They replied to our questions and needs quickly. The place was immaculate, cozy and we have everything we need. I will stay again next time in this beautiful place.

Great cottage!

Just the right size. Nicely decorated. Everything you could need was there. Great instructions. Close to downtown Waynesville and Lake Junaluska. They have great information at the cottage about the area: restaurants, shopping and places to visit. Yard was great for our small dog. Highly recommend!!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place while staying in Waynesville. Great place to stay to do day trips up into Tennessee or over to Asheville. Maggie Valley right around the corner. Recharged the batteries before heading back to the grind.

Cozy home away from home

This was a lovely, friendly home for our weeklong stay. A highlight for me was the exceptionally well-stocked kitchen, which made home-cooking meals easy. The property was clean, bright, and small but spacious, with a great view of the mountains from the front porch. We will be back next time we need a place in Waynesville!

Cottage in the mountains.

This property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Nice view of the mountains, immaculately clean, convenient to everything. Carolyn and Dina were wonderful hosts. I was so pleased I'm planning to come back in October and bring a friend.
