We are in the beginning stages of building up this property.It’s a climate controlled and oeaceful spot to enjoy away from the hustle, bustle year round. Take in the glorious sunsets, sunrises and starlit nights. Enjoy 2 lightedand furnished deck areas. 1 screened and covered for dining and enjoying rain or shine, day or night without the bugs. An exterior electrical outlet next to parking to charge your EV. HIKING, biking, atv, snowmobile and cross country skiing trails nearby We offer IPEE TV which delivers thousands of live stations, movies, series and music., Netflix Prime and YouTube, Free internet access everywhere on a very quiet private property, free firewood, campfire, outdoor movies, and picnic areas,propane firepit, horseshoe pits, extreme bocce ball :-), cornhole (bean bag) game. bbq’s (propane or charcoal) 15 mins to the beaches of Lake Erie,30 mins from the shores of Lake St Clair for fun in the sun and sand or catching your limit of fish.10 mins from Greenview Park and Zoo, 8 mins either Blenheim or Ridgetown, 15 mins to Chatham. We are close to many venues and we will also host and cater to your private celebration. Many amenities to see and visit locally in Chatham - Kent. Visit CK. A private rural Chatham-Kent property. Close attractions : Greenview Park and Zoo, Erieau,Rondeau, Mitchell’s Bay,Timber Ridge Event Centre, TJ Stables, many golf courses, marinas, fine dining, Chatham,Blenheim, Ridgetown, Shrewsbury, Thamesville, Bothwell,Tilbury….. close access to heys 401 and 3. We now have a separate functioning washroom facility containing a shower, toilet and vanity. Yes, running water :-). Tents are allowed along with $30 p/night per 30 amp service for RV to accomodate extra registered guests After 3 guests $55 each over age 12. Smoking is allowed outdoors and within screened deck areas. Smoking is allowed anywhere outside of our cabin.

Perfect little gem in the middle of nowhere! The host was amazing It was very clean and welcoming. They supply everything including breakfast with lots of options! Every appliance you can think of is there! I slept 17 hours in 2 nights, i nevet sleep more than 6 in a night at home. It was super cozy. Town is only 8 minutes away which is nice. We went to Fat Jimmy's Restaurant, delicious, great service and good prices. Greenview Aviaries is 11 minutes away! Ken and Tammy go above and beyond to make your visit memorable! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing stay. Very friendly hosts & the property was a lot of fun. They gave us our privacy but were right there just in case we needed anything. Property has literally anything you can think of, towels, hair ties, etc. would highly recommend staying here

I traveled with my 2 children we had an amazing time. Host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed. The cabin was so cute and cozy and the outdoor areawas amazing.

Upon entering the property it’s misleading, a lot of buildings and machines. But once you settle unit is a quaint little place to kick back and relax. Every amenity you could ask for is here. Breakfast food, snacks, drinks and even wine and beer. Lots of cooking facilities also. Nice bathroom with a shower! Ready to relax and hear the birds and crickets? Come to Sunset Ridge in Blenheim.

Great property, our host Ken and wife Tina wer really nice and welcoming. All the privacy we wanted, amazing amenities also. Cabin was pristine and full acces to fire pit pergola and screened in area with tables, louges, fridge and cooking as well as bbq for us to use. Definitely recommend!

Super cute, quiet little getaway

Such a nice setup. Ken was kind and met us upon arrival, and later checked in with us while we were outside to be sure we had everything we needed. Our cabin was clean, air conditioned, and stocked up with snacks and other supplies. The amenities, supplies, and snacks provided were really awesome, and helped make our stay so relaxing— because everything we needed (or anything we forgot, haha) was all right there. The location is cute and quiet, and the surrounding farmland was lovely. The property had both sunny and shady areas, lots of grass, and the fire area was really nicely set up (plus firewood was provided!) Overall, an amazing value in a really sweet spot. We will definitely be back :)

Weekend stay

We had an amazing time staying here for the weekend. We brought our 6 year old son and it was his first experience like this.. he absolutely loved it! Ken and Tammi were so friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and we had lots of privacy. Beach was close by. They supplied our son with sparklers and lots of snacks. Thankyou so so much! We will definitely be making this a new go to vacation spot in the summers!!!

Great little set up! Friendly host! Pet friendly!

Really enjoyed my stay here and will be back again if I need accommodation in the area; I may even make a special trip back just for a stay. Ken is very friendly and responsive. They set you up with lots of snacks and firewood, and they have hot water in the outhouse with a shower. The atmosphere was lovely to have evening fires and hang out with my pets.
