"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch. "I rent a place which was supposed to have two beds. Ended up with one that had one King bed. It's OK but not exactly what I expected. We made do of the situation. Place was nice overall. Will certainly rent here again on another holiday break. Enjoyed it."

"Rooms were NOT clean. left with bites all over arms and legs. Probably bed bug infested. There’s mold and dirt everywhere. Sheets are stained. Appliances barely worked. Wish I had a way to get money back but no one answered the customer service line to even help. I wish I could leave no stars it was THAAAAAT bad."
