"The house was perfect, and set in a quiet lakeside community. The Kayak's were great, and having the canal in the backyard to paddle out to the lake made it much easier.The house was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Beware of Terri, the neighborhood Karen who did not want us fishing at the community park she claimed her family owned, and threatened to call the Sheriff on us. Insanity.... Overall I highly recommend, and would not hesitate to rent the property...

"Hands down so comfy and my kids had fun. The only bad part was the back yard they had a huge storm and they still had debris everywhere and we couldn’t use the little patio and we had to wash everything down and the grass was really long and the bugs were bad but other than that the beds were comfy. Great location! Host were nice. I’d recommend to a small family. Very spacious. No tvs in the bedrooms only the master."

"Great location right on the water. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We were able to fish right off the dock where we caught catfish, bass, and perch. Plenty room for our family. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at this quiet neighborhood abutting the golf course for our daughters wedding. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the home. The children loved the outdoors - finding stray goofballs, watching lizards, finding pinecones, listening to birds and taking short walks with their parents. The property had everything we needed to relax and unwind after rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and before and after the wedding. The host was very responsive. I am pleased with our stay. "

"The house was great for the number of people we had. Plenty of beds and large rooms. That said, I wish the kitchen was better stocked. We were there a week and didn’t want to cook out every day. However they had no cookie sheets and 1 small (tiny) cutting board for example. Zero kitchen spices, so be sure to bring your own salt and pepper. They provide hand soap but we ended up buying hand soap for multiple bathrooms bc the soap provided didn’t get anything clean. Would consider staying again...

"We rented this house for a weekend to attend a graduation. The house looks brand new in an up and coming subdivision. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and comfortable. It’s the perfect layout for a family. Communication with the property manager was quick, responsive, and seamless. We will definitely stay again. "
