"The facility was very clean. Front desk staff member was able to help me surprise my son who was also staying in the hotel. There was a free social on the night we arrived. Good experience and would stay there again."

"The suite was very large and comfortable. Staff was nice. The room had a slight smell, like the carpets needed cleaning or had been cleaned with a fragrance solution. Might be a problem if you have allergies or if fragrance causes headache. "

"This property definitely does not live up to the usual Best Western standard. When behind the counter, hotel staff could barely be bothered to get out of their chair or to stop private conversations long enough to help guests. Upon inquiring about an ice machine, I was informed they didn’t have one. There was one. It just didn’t work. I was very rudely told to walk across the street to a gas station for ice. There was lots of noise 24/7. Banging and running could be heard from the floor...
