The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. "The property is dated and not well maintained. As soon we walked in their was a musty/mildew smell. That smell followed throughout the entire hotel. Check-in was longer than expected, the front desk person was distracted and forgetful. The room was tidy but cleanliness was not great. Mold in the shower, dust everywhere and of course the musty/mildew smell. The fire alarm went off early morning (a little past 5:30 AM) on a Sunday but what shocked me the was the lack of communication from the...

"I have been visiting this property for many years with no problems however this time I was extremely disappointed that spiders took over the patio. Luckily my family members stopped on the way and picked up spray for spiders. Each morning we had to spray down the walls and chairs. Spiders were falling off the ceiling. I felt like I was on an Arachnophobia vacation. It was horrible!"

"Customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the knocking/thumping sound from the AC wall. Kept me up at night. I reported the issue to the front desk staff. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next person who stays in the room. Besides that, we have an amazing stay."
