This immaculate 3 Bedroom condo with a private balcony invites comfort, and exudes modern elegance. With generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining.
Beautiful mahogany hardwood floors and plenty of natural night flow throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include an extra large King Bed Suite and the second Queen Bed suite for your rest and ultimate comfort.
Enjoy gatherings in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by a Large Screen TV and all Leather Furniture. Huge windows and glass sliding doors lead out to the waterfront balcony which has its own deluxe seating area to watch the boats sail by or to enjoy the sunset.
The gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, Bar top table with seating, large pantry, and all stainless steel appliances including Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
The King Bed Master suite offers an en suite tiled shower with a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower and granite double vanity.There is also a large walk in closet with lots of room for storage. The Queen Suite guest bedroom has its own private bath with tub and shower.
The third bedroom has a comfy double bed and is well apointed.
You will also love the convenience of free onsite parking during your stay.

This Waterfront Condo is right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sail boats and cruise ships sail by.
The "Boardwalk" is located few steps away from the condo and it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.
It is located only 2 blocks from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops, is only a 5 minute walk.
Whether you want to park your car and walk or if you want to drive, this Waterfront Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

The waterfront condo is located on the waterfront right in the middle of everything Charlottetown has to offer.
Park your car in the free parking lot and let the boardwalk take you around beautiful Charlottetown.
This is a very quiet property.
Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.

No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.

Perfect Charlottetown Condo in an Ideal Location!

This is the perfect Charlottetown condo in an ideal waterfront location! The condo is clean, spacious, & quiet and it is nicely decorated and equipped with all of the key supplies that you would expect. Great washrooms and large kitchen. Views over the marina are amazing. On-site parking is easy and convenient. The hosts provided clear instructions and were great communicators. Lots of room for our family. Will definitely stay again -- highly recommended!

Wonderful waterfront condo!

Fantastic location on the Charlottetown waterfront, short walk to shops, park, restaurants. Central location on the island to see the sights! Condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and spacious! Enough room for our teenage kids to spread out! Highly recommend.

Great Location and View

The property was clean, comfortable, and provided an excellent location for exploring the island!Restaurants and shopping within easy walk plus historic neighborhoods. We did not do any cooking as a variety of food options were available. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed using the great view from the balcony.It was a great location to also explore other areas and we enjoyed the Anne of Green Gables Historical site and walking the trails there. All inquiries with the owner were quickly answered. We were delighted with our time here.

Great Condo in Charlottetown

Perfect location to explore PEI. Was able to walk to all of the downtown restaurants. Easy access to the waterfront and the view from the balcony is tremendous. The beds were super comfortable. Dishwasher and washer/dryer made the stay super efficient.The host was responsive and gave us all the information that we needed.We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Perfect home base

The location of this bright, spacious and comfortable condo was perfect for our trip. Many of the major Charlottetown landmarks (and restaurants and shops) are within walking distance, and the convenient parking space that comes along with the unit made it easy to come and go as we toured other parts of the island. The condo is well equipped with just about everything we needed, and when we had a question for our host, he was quick to respond and very helpful.

Great Condo for a Family Visit

We rented this condo for a family visit to a niece at UPEI. There was lots of room for everyone with the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the washer-dryer as it was part of a longer trip to many East Coast Universities. The things that really stood out though were the patio overlooking the water. Even in November it was protected from the wind and warm in the sun. The unit was an easy walk into the centre of Charlottetown with its history and many restaurants and the parking was easy, especially nice was the two parking passes for the building’s lot which made it easier for our niece to visit us. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Amazing water front downtown location. Fantastic restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. We also enjoyed watching the cruise ships pull up in front of our balcony. This suite is clean and extremely well appointed with anything you may need. Highly recommend!

Stunning!!

This property was even better in person. Immaculate, excellent location and comfy beds. In the heart of Old Charlottetown and only a short stroll to every restaurant and shop in town. Added bonus of seeing the cruise ships from the balcony, which has very comfortable furniture!! I would definitely stay here again, but longer this time. There were just two of us but 6 would be well accommodated. Highly recommend. Fabulous place.

Lovely Condo

Perfect Location for Charlottetown and Beyond

This was a great spot for walking downtown and enjoying the highlights of Charlottetown and provided a nice respite after time in the car exploring beyond. Only downside was that one of the rooms was a bit warm at night.

Central Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is in a perfect location to walk around Charlottetown and to quickly access roads for day trips. Owners were responsive and check-in was seamless. The condo had all the amenities we needed and the yoga studio on the main level is wonderful. We come to Charlottetown annually to see family and would love to have this condo available for our dates next summer!

Lovely condo in fantastic location

This condo was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay for our 4 nights in Charlottetown. The location is perfect to restaurants and shops plus right on the waterfront with a beautiful view. The condo inside is nicely appointed and very clean. The balcony is lovely to sit on in the morning with your coffee.

PEI getaway

This property did not disappoint in any way. It was clean, well stocked and had incredibly comfortable furnishings, both in the living room and the beds. Well located to everything uptown or on the water.
