Beautiful mahogany hardwood floors and plenty of natural night flow throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include an extra large King Bed Suite and the second Queen Bed suite for your rest and ultimate comfort.
Enjoy gatherings in the generously-sized living/dining area graced by a Large Screen TV and all Leather Furniture. Huge windows and glass sliding doors lead out to the waterfront balcony which has its own deluxe seating area to watch the boats sail by or to enjoy the sunset.
The gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, Bar top table with seating, large pantry, and all stainless steel appliances including Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
The King Bed Master suite offers an en suite tiled shower with a separate Jacuzzi tub and shower and granite double vanity.There is also a large walk in closet with lots of room for storage. The Queen Suite guest bedroom has its own private bath with tub and shower.

The "Boardwalk" is located few steps away from the condo and it will take you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that Charlottetown has to offer.
It is located only 2 blocks from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops, is only a 5 minute walk.
Whether you want to park your car and walk or if you want to drive, this Waterfront Condo has everything to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

The waterfront condo is located on the waterfront right in the middle of everything Charlottetown has to offer.
Park your car in the free parking lot and let the boardwalk take you around beautiful Charlottetown.
This is a very quiet property.
Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or large gatherings.
Only registered guests during quiet times.

No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.

Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.
