"This place is AWFUL!! Extremely hot, like 95+ degrees in the little pods with no airflow. The “fan” does absolutely nothing. This place should honestly be illegal because of such unsafe living conditions with the extreme heat, at least in the summertime. Also, the mattress is so uncomfortable you can feel the floor through it. If that wasn’t bad enough, you’ll definitely get no sleep because you hear EVERYTHING through the pods and literally feel the pods shaking while people stomp around all...

"It provides the basic standards but the facilities were not clean."

"Pretty good rooms. The small kitchen was sufficient for our stay, and the common areas were nice to use. Laundry was good, though the machines were a bit slow. Biggest downsides were the lack of AC, I was there during an anomalous heat wave, so the room got quite warm. The 2nd half of my trip was more typical weather during which just opening the windows was enough to cool the room. The pillows and blankets were also not great."

I was really in shock and informed the team via phone. He told us, it is not possible to get another room or to remove it until next morning. (My child was crying all the time). "Die Lage vom Charlottehaven ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der S-Bahn/Metro und damit direkt in der Innenstadt. Einkaufen kann man auch direkt um die Ecke, alles ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern und richtig sauber, wir hatten mit unserem Hund mehr als genug Platz. Sogar ein Hundebett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und gut gelaunt. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist auch die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, der...

"My partner and I had a very nice time. The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen and washer/dryer added a lot to the experience. It was nice to be able to buy a good dinner at SuperBrugsen and Netto and eat in on some nights. Having traveled from overseas, it was great to not worry about running out of clean underwear and the like. The in-house dry cleaning service worked well too when needed.
