KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is modern, bright, and fully stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and a dedicated coffee bar. The open dining area seats 14 guests comfortably, with additional seating at the island.
GAME ROOM
Loaded with entertainment for kids, teens, and adults: Golden Tee, NBA Jam, and Pac-Man arcades, a full-size pool table, board games and card games, high-top seating, and an additional queen bed sleeping setup.
THE BACKYARD
The fully private fenced backyard is the main event: outdoor movie theater, private pickleball court, putting green, 7-person hot tub, two fire pits, beer pong table, ping pong table, yard golf, cornhole boards, bucket pong, a covered patio with dining for 12-14, grill, lounge seating, string lights, turf areas, and a photo-worthy mural. It feels more like a private backyard resort than a rental.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, all indoor amenities, and the private fenced backyard. The only restricted area is a locked owner storage/supply closet. Self check-in is available through a smart keypad lock, and guests receive a unique code and detailed check-in instructions before arrival.

PARKING Private parking for up to 6 vehicles on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY This property is equipped with smart keypad locks, a Ring Video Doorbell at the front entrance, and a Ring Spotlight Cam that monitors the driveway for your comfort and safety — since we're set back on a private road. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are 9 PM (10 PM on Weekends) – 9 AM. While we're on a private road with no immediate neighbors, we still ask that guests keep noise levels respectful during these hours.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Absolutely no parties or unauthorized events. All guests must be included on your reservation. Visitors are welcome with prior permission only.
GUEST LIMIT Maximum of 19 guests. All guests, including day visitors, must be listed on the reservation.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — inside and outside. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply for any violation.
NO PETS Pets are not permitted inside or on the property.
IMPORTANT Violations including excessive noise, unauthorized guests, tampering with security systems, or disturbing the property may result in a fine of up to $1,500 and/or immediate cancellation of your reservation.
