Upon entering Shore to Please, you'll immediately notice the abundance of natural light that fills the main living space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with a large bar area, a high-top table that seats 6, two large couches, and comfortable chairs. Relax while enjoying the views of the lake through the large windows, or step outside onto the deck, where you'll find built-in seating to enjoy the outdoors.

The main level is designed with entertaining in mind. The spacious kitchen features an island cooktop, a built-in desk area, and a breakfast nook with seating for 8. It’s equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, including a large new stainless fridge, microwave, built-in oven, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. With large windows framing the breathtaking views of Lake Norman, the kitchen provides the perfect setting for family meals or casual morning coffee.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy sitting room, offering a peaceful retreat with a couple of chairs and a coffee table, ideal for taking a break and resetting for the day’s activities.

Off the kitchen, you’ll find the newly renovated main-level primary bedroom. Featuring a king bed, TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, this bedroom provides a relaxing escape. - This property has steps that may be difficult to navigate for young children and older adults. Please proceed with care and be aware of your surroundings.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
