This 3rd floor (with ELEVATOR), 3 bedroom, 2 bath updated condo includes a King Bed in the master, a Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin Beds in the 3rd bedroom, vaulted ceilings in the Living Room and Master Bedroom. New 43" Smart TV in Living Room and Smart TV in Master. Hi-speed wireless internet! The community pool and tennis/pickleball court are only steps away.

Lakehouse Wine Bar & Grill restaurant is just a few steps from the elevator, offering excellent food and drinks. A short distance away is Morningside Marina (704-746-3753) which offers boat, jet ski and wet slip rental.

This is the perfect location on Lake Norman. Attend NASCAR events in nearby Charlotte. Visit NASCAR team shops just a short drive to Mooresville. For a great family adventure, be sure to check out the US National Whitewater Center, fun for all ages.

Great local golf courses, restaurants, museums, historical sites and towns are nearby. Beautiful Davidson College is less than 5 miles away in the historical town of Davidson!

Paddle Boards and Kayaks can be rented on the lake at Aloha Paddle Sports (704-412-2999), just 2 minutes from the condo. They also give lessons and tours.

We absolutely love staying at this spot on Lake Norman! It’s wonderfully comfortable with cozy touches throughout and offers stunning views of the lake. Its location is perfect—just a short drive to several of our favorite restaurants like Eez, Lakehouse Restaurant, Fin & Fino, and 131 Main. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s consistently an amazing experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to great dining and beautiful scenery!

Wonderful Week.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit was in great condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised in the listing. Everything from the furniture to the appliances felt modern and cared for, and we didn’t run into a single issue during our visit. The space was comfortable and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home.The location was convenient, and we really appreciated how easy check-in and communication with the host were. It’s clear the owners take pride in the property. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again in the future!

Our stay was amazing - great location and a very comfortable place to call home during our vacation! The condo is very well stocked and directions for everything from fans to TV’s was very clear - it was aLeo easy to access with the electronic lock. The area feels more residential - not a party scene but super relaxing. We saw families and couples at the pool and it was never crowded. We founded activities writhing 25 minute - north to charter a boat for water sports and 16 minutes to Mountain Lake to kayak. We loved it and would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!!!

Wedding weekend

A lovely condo with a beautiful view of Lake Norman. We chose this condo particularly for its decor and lake view because it was where our daughter and her bridesmaids were going to get ready the morning of her wedding day. There was plenty of room with a beautiful large kitchen, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating for all! The host was so helpful in trying to find us a boat slip for our trailered boat. We had a fabulous wedding weekend!

Lakefront Delight

Lake Norman has many properties available, but we were delighted that we zeroed in on this lovely three bedroom condo. Everything was top notch. Great attention to detail was in place in regard to what a visitor looks for in convenience in a well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy and it is always a plus with two bathrooms. The view from the top floor was wonderful with sufficient seating inside and outside.

Daughters Wedding Week !

Very clean and quiet area. We enjoyed the restaurant area for a rehearsal dinner and it turned out fabulous. Condo is roomy and very accommodating with accessories. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We didnt want to leave.

Great stay for work and relaxation

I recently stayed at this property with my daughter for six nights, and it turned out to be the perfect place for both work and relaxation. We had business in Concord and spent some time in Charlotte over the weekend. The location was ideal—easy access to the city made the commute hassle-free. The condo is spacious and open with a good view of the lake, especially at sunset. We enjoyed several meals on the porch. Overall, great stay and we would stay here again if we return to Charlotte in the future.
