Please note: this listing is for BOTH sides of a duplex — two complete 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom homes right next to each other. Each unit has its own private entrance, and the units are not connected inside, so your group gets the best of both worlds: plenty of shared space plus real privacy. Each side has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6, and three bedrooms.

★ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ★
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the home completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for anyone who smokes inside.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.
