Location, location, location and incredible sunrise views! This is the best location on Lake Norman of any vacation rental for convenience to all area shopping, dining and attractions. 2022 all new living room furniture, Spring 2020 completely repainted and hardwood flooring new or refinished.

Ski, kayak, wakesurf, tube, wakeboard and paddleboard directly in front of the house for all of your guests to watch the action! Custom built 2 level lakeside home with a 30 foot Atrium full of plants in the center as well as over 7,000 sq ft to accommodate up to 33 guests with comfort. 9 bedrooms, 6 baths and endless activities and space for the entire family. Truly a playground for the week to rest, relax or enjoy the lake activities. Full kitchen, breakfast area (seats 10), dining room (table seats 16 + 4 person table), and 2 living room(s) on main level all open floor plan for you to enjoy.

Main level has lakefront bedroom #6 king bed + full-size futon, lakefront bedroom #7 king bed + twin fold out bed, kids bunkroom #8 lakeview (3 twins & 2 full beds) and bedroom #9 queen bed + twin fold out futon chair. Bedrooms 1-3 & 5-7 all have twin pullout beds as well. There are a total of 23 individual beds (Mattresses or twin fold out with memory foam mattress).

The upper level has a lakeside great room with incredible views of the lake and looks into the atrium as well. There is a recreation room with pool table (ping-pong & hockey), shuffleboard, foosball, poker table and wet bar area. All upper rooms have huge vaulted ceilings as well as two screened in patios accessed via 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Full lakefront owner suite #1 with king bed + twin fold out bed, private grand bath with double shower, two person jetted tub, heated tile floor and private patio. Full master suite #2 with king bed + fold out twin bed, private bath (or can be shared) and lake views. Bedroom #3 king bed + twin fold out bed, bedroom #4 with 2 queen beds are lakefront with shared patio. Bedroom #5 with queen bed + twin fold out bed has lake view as well, accessed via the jack n jill bathroom.

The lakeside outdoor patio has seating for 21-32 guests, hot tub (max 8), waterfall (on timer) as well as two gas grills. Our private beach leads to the dock and pier with room for up to 3 boats as well as 2 Jet Ski EZ dock systems. Enjoy our 4 paddleboards, 3 kayaks, tubes, life jackets and toys.
We provide at the home plenty of fun things for the kids like board games, floats, etc. We can also provide strollers, high chairs, pack n plays, etc. for the little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras.
We can offer you referrals for boat and jet ski rentals with local merchants if needed. We are very convenient to 7 lakefront restaurants as you explore. We are a few minutes from Downtown Mooresville and the race shops (NASCAR capital). There are also many great restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive from your vacation spot if you prefer.
We provide sheets, towels, paper goods and bottled water. Bring your bathing suits.
NO GROUND SPIKES are allowed for tents (due to previous damages) must use water barrels or other tie down measures.
There is ample driveway parking for 16-20 vehicles - THERE IS NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE LAWN ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED.

A wonderful quiet place for a Ladies Retreat.

Our Ladies enjoyed the Home so much! We enjoyed being all together for meals and our times of sharing. It is big and spacious. We enjoyed meeting together, playing games and of course the beautiful Lake Norman. Thank you for sharing your home with us.We will be Back!!

Lives up to the Listing

This property looked great online and it lived up to the listing. We've stayed in others that did not have everything listed or didn't live up to the pictures. What you see is what you get with this listing and we were very satisfied. We had a large group but it never felt crowded and kayaking on the lake is a must!

Mooresville Wedding

Hosted my side of the family (23 adults) at this property. We had to be at a rehearsal at 4pm on check in day and owner was kind enough to let us check in early so we could get ready. Property is panoramic... it literally hugs Lake Norman! We all loved it. Lots of cards were played, laughs were shared, and great memories were made. -Tim

Mother Daughter trip

Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again!

Great place for our work event

Overall the property is very nice. Due to the time of year we didn't have the opportunity to use the lake or really even go outdoors with the exception of a few brave souls. The property was plenty spacious and suited our crowd of 26. The kitchen cabinets are in need of repair and the wood floors are worn. This is a rental however and wear and tear is expected. Overall we could see renting this property again in the future.

Williams Family Vacation

The house was exactly as it is advertised. Even though we had a few challenges, Sully was quick to help remedy them. The view is absolutely gorgeous. My family of 15 was able to stay there comfortably. The only wish was that more of the rooms had the bathroom connected. However, that didn’t takeaway from our stay. The new furniture in the downstairs sitting area was a bonus. We would recommend the same for the upstairs.

My friends and I rented this house for a wedding absolutely loved it! Beautiful house right on the lake. Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a large group. Sully was also very responsive and easy to work with!

A definite recommendation

I could not say enough about this home for a group stay! We were here for our annual women’s retreat and there was enough space for group meetings and small groups. There was plenty to keep us busy with the hot tub, the lake, and nearby shopping. It was clean and relaxing. The owner was great and responded so quickly to all our questions. He’s the best! I could not recommend this place enough!!!

Family reunion

Had to pivot from our home in Asheville for a family reunion due to Hurricane Helene and Sully could not have more responsive and accommodating. The house had more than enough space for the 13 of us. Great location on the lake with lots of outside space! FYI bathrooms are located in obscure places in the house creating awkward sharing between couples but we made it work! Kitchen was fabulous with double appliances making cooking and cleanup easy and efficient. Only disappointment was that we didn’t have a whole week there!! Will definitely go back if we need a big house in thr future!

A Wonderful Property for an Extended Family Vacation

Great House On Lake Norman For Large Groups

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this huge and inviting house. They is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The dock in the backyard will easily accommodate all of your watercraft. The location is ideal.

Family Vacation 2024

The house was perfect for the 14 of us. Many bedrooms with numerous bathrooms which you usually do not find with most rentals. Common rooms held all of us at one time and so did the dining table. Rented a pontoon for the week, delivered and picked up from the property’s dock. Nice linens and towels, comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Had a great vacation!

Michael’s is a Wonderful Lakeside Stay

Michael’s was a great place for our family (10 of us) to spend the week in Lake Norman. Very spacious with bedrooms upstairs and down. Large patio with fantastic lake view. Great night time fires on the patio. Kayaks and paddle boards on property. Easy fishing from the dock (be sure to get a license). This is a luxurious and spacious property with a prime location on Lake Norman. Perfect for larger groups. Wonderful place for an extended family vacation or just getting together with friends. Check in was easy, and communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would stay again.

Great for a large group!

This house was great for our cousins reunion! Lots of space. Great options for sleeping arrangements. Tons of fun with the dock and the kayaks. Rated 4 out of 5 only because the house is showing its age. But, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would rent again.
