Centrally-located Cozy & Relaxing Charlotte Ranch

Spacious and private three bedroom house located approximately 20 minutes from bustling South-End, artsy NoDa district, Plaza Midwood and all the restaurants and brewery’s those areas have to offer.

The space:
This house is ideal for a family or a group looking to enjoy the Charlotte area. It’s a 18 minute drive to Lake Norman boat access, Mountain island kayak access and 20 minutes from the US National White Water Center for summer fun!

If staying in, the house is equipped with all the essentials required for a fun filled day/night in. Fully equipped kitchen, family friendly board games, cards and foosball table! TVs have fire sticks with access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV etc. (byo passwords) and/or direct tv cable.

Spacious outdoor for children to run around, beautiful garden in the backyard to overlook and patio with outdoor lights and pergola for a relaxing evening outside. This home has all you’ll need for a cozy & relaxing stay in Charlotte.

Our host very quickly responded to any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. The house had perfect accommodations for a group of 7 women. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of linens / towels. Nice supply of coffee and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Comfortable and Pet friendly place

We picked this place because it was pet-friendly. We went to a family reunion and really used the place to stay to sleep. Everything was great, but the beds were outdated. The free coffee was great. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a very simple place to relax. We will use it again.

Great family house

We truly enjoyed this house. It had great features and was exceptionally clean. The beds were very cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals with plenty of seating for all of us. The kids loved the Foosball table which was an added bonus.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at this location. It was clean and very well maintained. Our only issue was the fact that the code entry would not work. We contacted the host and soon after someone arrived with a key and new batteries for the code device. Other than that, it was a great place and a convenient location in a very nice neighborhood.

Family vacation

Such a comfortable family home. Lots of space to spread out. Thoughtful creature comforts, and fun activities for the kids. The bathrooms were luxurious and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood, very convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy for Instacart. Short drive to Lake Norman and Great Wolf. I would definitley consider staying here again when visiting Charlotte.

A Great Place to Stay

My stay at this place was wonderful. It is a cozy ranch-style 3-bedroom house with modern appliances, large TVs, and great AC. I only used one bed (master bedroom), but it was very comfortable, with an attached bathroom and a large closet. The kitchen had all the necessities and free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. The backyard was very inviting and shady. The location was very convenient, with plenty of nearby businesses, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Amazing cozy house

This was the most amazing home. The host was wonderful. So helpful and sweet. She even asked what type of coffee I would like and she bought it. The house was spotless. Linens were so white and everything immaculate. The location was great. We enjoyed the back yard and front yard glider. The neighborhood was nice to walk my dog. I will definitely be back since I have a great niece and her babies living there. My first trip to Charlotte and the home was more Than I imagined. I would highly recommend this home. Thanks Okello for such a wonderful visit.

Spring Break getaway

We enjoyed this property for a spring break visit to Charlotte and surrounding areas. The house is conveniently located close to highways, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other retail establishments but far enough that it is a quiet and tranquil environment.
