This welcoming retreat features 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk bed for the little ones. There are 2 full bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, linens and more, making you feel right at home. This home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Rocky River Estates. It features a two-car garage, 1 acre property with private and wooded backyard. Located within 10 mins of the Monroe Executive airport, 15 mins of Union Hospital and plenty of dining and restaurants nearby. Visit the charming and bustling down-towns of Monroe or Waxhaw for a local experience or play 18 rounds of golf at the nearby Stonebridge Golf course. First responders will receive 10% off their stay with proof of service. Book now and enjoy everything this home has to offer.

Thanks for the opportunity to have a such a delightful and comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the area... In the past, we've stayed at local hotels, which were not particularly nice nor nearly as convenient... This was a perfect alternative - and it will be out first choice for future visits...

Great for a quick trip!

We were in town for the PGA Championship. The house itself was great and clean with room for our family of 4. Great yard for our pup and neighborhood was perfect for a quick walk. Quick and easy communication with owners as well! Thank you!

Qauint, clean, and convenient

Jeff and Amy have an adorable set up in this house. It was cozy and accessible for my family (two adults, two kids, 5 & 8). It was clean and ready to go with clear instructions for amenities. Communication was always quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect place !!

Although I am late in posting this review - I can’t say enough great things about this home & our stay. It was decorated with thoughtfulness. Everything you could need was already there. A nice quiet area and not crowded, but definitely in the country. It was perfect for us. I would recommend highly staying here if you need to be anywhere close to this location. I will keep it in mind if I have a need for company & visiting family.

Stay for family visit.

The property was nice and suited our needs well. There is a cute town not too far away. I liked the personal touch of a card, coffee pods and treats. Not a dealbreaker but the king bed is quite low to the ground, not visible in the photos; so not good for elderly or handicap. The queen bed was normal height though.
