The place was as advertised; great one bedroom, modern feel throughout, very open with lots of light but able to shut down easy at night. Really enjoyed the space and would definitely rent again.

Evamaria was an awesome host with nice touches in the townhouse - from the complimentary beverages to the welcome honey, as in superior taste.The townhouse was spotless and easy to feel comfortable in with plenty of amenities to feel at home.Definitely a repeat spot if/when I make it back up to Charlevoix.Keep up the great work.

We loved this condo! The owner was extremely responsive and hospitable. The condo itself is very nice with lots of extras to make your stay comfortable. Easy walk to everything you want to do in Charlevoix. I would definitely return!

Nice place close to everything. We walked everywhere. There's currently a good bit of construction in progress along the main drag, but that's understandable as I suspect they want everything done by Memorial Day.

This is a great unit for our stay in Charlevoix! Gave only 4 stars because of a few issues that were immediately addressed by the owner. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Wished we stayed longer!!

Wonderful place. The place is as described online. It was very clean, close to downtown and the beach. As for the host, Evamarie, she is great! Proactive and very responsive. I am very happy about our stay. We love going to Charlevoix every summer and try fifferrbt place and this one did not disappoint. Will go back again.

Amazing

This location is a amazing. I was in the area for an extended weekend and you could very easily go an entire trip without needing your car. The property itself is very cute and well maintained and decorated. The host is also very generous and I found many complimentary items waiting for me upon my arrival. I have already started to plan when I can come back.

Excellent Location

Located just across the bridge, this property is in a perfect location. Everything was very new and clean and the property owner was very generous with coffee, tea, and other beverages. Perfect size for couples. It's a little tight if you need to use pull out couch but doable. Had a great time.

Perfect for our family of 4

We stayed for three nights as a family of four (two kids, 7 and 4) and it was perfect for us. Close enough to walk downtown for shopping and dining. We didn’t even need a stroller or wagon. We drove to Petoskey, Traverse City and checked out multiple beaches. We didn’t spend too much time at the condo since we’re usually out but it was enough space for us to sleep and enjoy a small breakfast. I also appreciated the umbrellas, extra beach towels and other little touches. If we’re ever back in Charlevoix, we would absolutely stay again.

Great location

The unit is super clean and perfectly located. The kitchen is fairly well stocked tho we weren’t in town long enough to cook for ourselves - there are so many great options nearby. We brought our own coffee and water but appreciated that the host had both available. Our only disappointment was the bed. It’s really hard and not at all comfortable. The addition of a couple inch foam pad would make a world of difference! Other that that the unit was great
