Welcome to Unit #344—your spacious and comfortable two-bedroom waterfront retreat, perfect for a relaxing getaway or extended stay. This generously sized condo features a main bedroom with a king-size bed and a loft bedroom with another king-size bed, offering plenty of space for guests. The unit also includes two full bathrooms, one of which features a convenient walk-in shower. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations.

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with a full-size kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The living room offers comfortable seating for up to five guests, a dining table for shared meals, and a cozy gas fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance, making it perfect for entertaining or unwinding.

Enjoy stunning waterfront views through the French doors overlooking Round Lake, where you can watch boats come and go throughout the day.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo provides prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. Incredible stay! My husband and I came for a weekend getaway and we are already booking for next year! The condo was extremely clean, adorable and the view was perfect. It was a quick ten minute walk to downtown and only a 10 minute drive to fantastic wineries!

Charlevoix Gem

Edgewater Inn is a beautiful place! Condo #344 did not disappoint. Modern renovations and awesome decor. The air conditioning decided to quit before we arrived for our stay, but I liked the condo so much I didn’t want to switch locations. The staff provided a mobile air conditioning unit and fans. It worked out great! It was a cooler weekend.

Horrible Customer Service/NOT physically disabled friendly!!!

We arrived to find our room was switched to a smaller room due to construction. When contacting the front desk, she stated they tried calling and leaving a voicemail on Feb 12 about the switch. We did not book this room until Feb 27 and never received a voicemail. I received all other communications-a text through the app, texts, and emails-never a voicemail! We were offered a 10% discount. We’re on vacay for the weekend so we rolled with it, determined to have a good time until the ceiling literally started to fall in the living quarters and in our food and drink. We then contacted Rose, the GM and was told since they contacted us and we received the 10% discount she was only willing to offer us another 10% or we could find another place to stay on our own and move and the construction company would only be there until 8 p.m. We tried to find another room but nobody had a room for 1 night. Being the last day of our vacay by this time, we accepted the 10%, never once receiving an apology for the inconvenience, instead ridiculed because we did not get a voicemail on Feb 12-15 days prior to our reservation. I booked this weekend vacay to get some peace after experiencing a life altering medical diagnosis and there was no peace, only shame, horrible customer service with lack of empathy and a horrible time. The property was also dangerous to access by a person with a disability like myself due to the ramp being blocked. I have videos and pictures that I’m willing to share.

Great condo and location

Very comfortable location with great views. It's set up very well and very clean. Within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Was a short drive to boyne, highlands and nubs knob for excellent skiing. Would definitely return in the future.

Fantastic winter weekend getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and welcoming. The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. We enjoyed dining at several restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. The only negative I can identify is the pool/hottub area. It did not look well kept and we did not feel comfortable using it. It wasn't a major issue for us though.

Was so happy and impressed with the place - perfect location to downtown and close to the start of the marathon! Beautiful view of round lake and the draw bridge - clean and bright. Loved it and would definitely stay again in the future!!!

Wedding weekend

Our family stays at alot of places through VRBO, and this was one of thr cleanest,nicest furnished places we've stayed. The view was pretty and the beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and even had fans for us that need noise to sleep! Highly recommend!!
