"The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix."

"The hotel itself was nice enough, but we complained to the front desk that housekeeping never came during our stay and they informed us it was by request only. So we requested housekeeping come by and they still never did. Other than that it was alright, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice."

"The front desk staff were really nice. I appreciated the warm welcome and smiles. The parking attendant was very helpful. The room was fairly clean. The conditioner was completely out in the shower. The ac didn’t seem to cool off to the temp we wanted. When I went down to the front around 9 pm after a long day at the hospital I was alarmed to hear that another customer had bed bugs in the room. Being unsettled I checked my bed and didn’t see anything but didn’t know what to look for. I could not...

"Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly at check in. We received a champagne welcome and enjoyed the daily wine and cheese reception and evening cookies. Hotel was a good location for us. The beds were comfortable, there was a pillow menu and the bathroom was huge; however the room was a little dark. Overall, would stay here again!"

"We had to move rooms twice. The air in the first didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. It didn’t work at all in the second for either bedroom. In the first room the kitchen cabinets were so dirty on the fronts. In the second the smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling by a wire. All 3 tubs had clearly been painted and were peeling and stained and even had sandy feeling stuff all over the bottom of one. "Lovely spot, great service, good breakfast and a nice room. The rooftop bar was closed one night for an event and it was too windy the next night, so unfortunately didn’t experience it. Good location. The only thing we could comment on is that pillows are too fluffy - not for side sleepers. Would definitely return."
