Listing at Pine Circle

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The four bedrooms contain 5 beds ranging from King size to a double. They combine to sleep 10 people and a living room couch unfolds to sleep one more. Downstairs contains a pool table, foosball table and a treadmill. The Master Bathroom has a jacuzzi. Electric vehicle owners can charge at the Tesla Wall Connector at the rear of the driveway. I will not forward pictures or videos to you. Use the Vrbo website.

Guest access
I have provided locking door knobs on all bedrooms and have left a key inserted in each lock so that each bedroom can be your own personal living space. You may access the entire house with the exception of the garage and the attic.

Piano
A Grand Piano is in the living room for your use! There is sheet music and "How to play the piano" books there as well.

I lived there while I completely refinishing the inside. I left my desktop computer in the "Computer Bedroom'. You may use the bedroom but my computer is off limits. It is password protected anyways.

This is a LARGE house. There is plenty of room for all your stuff.

There are two large decks attached at the back. The upper deck has a gas barbeque grill for your use! All smoking must be done outside. Ashtrays are provided for your use. Please don't litter the yard!

Parking
Four cars can park in the driveway. There is also a gravel parking pad out front next to the street. If you need more spaces than these then you will have to find a spot to 'fit in' along the public street. You cannot block someone's driveway but you also cannot park directly across from another parked vehicle. There must be enough room for a firetruck to pass between.

Trash
Place all trash in the provided trash bags and when full, take full bags outside and place them into the large black trash bins located at the rear of the driveway. Do NOT throw loose trash into these bins. Our local garbage staff will only remove the bags, not loose trash.
