The Space:
This beautifully renovated 1,000-square-foot penthouse apartment offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Featuring three well-appointed bedrooms with premium bedding and three en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, the space is designed for both relaxation and convenience. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to provide a boutique hotel experience, including high-end towels and linens, luxury bath products, hair dryers, an iron, Wi-Fi, and access to both cable and popular streaming services.
Guests will also enjoy the added conveniences of a full chef-ready kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch—perfect for soaking in the city’s mild, year-round temperatures. One complimentary parking space is provided directly across the street, with additional parking available for $20 per day.
Situated on the top floor of a historic three-story home, this apartment shares the property with two additional rentals—a garden-level apartment and a first-floor unit—that can be booked together for larger groups. Please inquire for availability.

For a scenic ride, hop on the free DASH shuttle, which runs along King Street with stops at popular attractions. Bike rentals and pedicab taxis are also great ways to take in the sights. If you’re in the mood for a beach day, both Folly Beach and Sullivan’s Island are just a 20-minute drive away, offering beautiful shorelines and a perfect escape from the city. Plus, we offer free parking in our lot right across the street for your convenience.
