Detached Guest Suite

Detached guest suite has bedroom and full bath, plenty of closet space ,full view of pool ,45” smart tv with YouTubeTV, WIFI, outdoor kitchen with gas cooktop ,microwave, and full size refrigerator. Separate entrance.

The veranda is attached to the suite . The guest suite is not attached to the main house .There is a gas fireplace and large screen Smart TV .Off street parking .The pool is for guest suite guests only, pool is not secluded but guests are afforded privacy.

Suite is located 20 miles from Kiawah Beach and 20 miles from Folly Beach.

Must be age 21+ to book and to stay. No pets allowed.

Please limit smoking to the covered veranda .

Everything was perfect! Jeanne and Chuck are both excellent hosts with great recommendations for restaurants and touring. We felt at home immediately and had a very busy yet relaxing time on our first visit to Charleston.

We were in town for the race in Charleston. The place was spotless, and the amenities were wonderful. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood, and we will try to stay again and use the pool on a warmer time of year. One of the best places we’ve stayed at when visiting Charleston!!

Chuck and Jeanne were excellent hosts from the start. Check in was easy with space to park. We were impressed with the property as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable, with extra towels etc to hand. The outdoor kitchen area allowed us to prepare meals when we wanted to. Jeanne brought us additional pots etc on request. The terrace was a beautiful space to make use of the sun loungers or relax in front of the outdoor TV and fireplace. We had access to TV, movies and music with outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy a meal. The pool was kept very clean. Chuck even inflated floaties for us to lounge on in the pool. Chuck and Jeanne were on hand to answer any questions about the area, restaurants etc.

We loved our stay here at Chuck and Jeanne’s beautiful home. Upon opening the front door you are drawn in my the pool and beautiful courtyard! So inviting! We spent our mornings poolside with our coffee and our evenings poolside drinking wine. It was so quiet and relaxing. Our room was great too. Cozy bed and all the amenities you need with some extra special touches too. Chuck and Jeanne are such nice people and we enjoyed visiting with them (though they were not intrusive at all) and were great communicators right from the start. We were about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and we had no trouble getting an Uber for our evenings out. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Couldn’t be better

Hosts were wonderful people! The place was clean, neat, and orderly. Lots of amenities. Outdoor living space as well as inside living space were comfortable and felt like home. Location was great for getting to downtown Charleston as well as other attractions and activities. We highly recommend this property. We will rent here again when we return to Charleston.

Southern Hospitality Defined

What an excellent property! What excellent hosts! The property is (shallowly) tucked on a Country Club and is pristinely quiet. Grocery (Wal-Mart & Harris Teeter) are not even a 5 minute drive down the road, very convenient. We loved being able to cook our meals and relax by the pool — food in the pic was prepped & cooked there on site (by us, obviously). Kitchen was well supplied, bedroom was cozy and shower pressure was great. The pool is salt water based and doesn’t dry your skin after a dip. If you value privacy & comfy stays, this is the spot for you.

Excellent Property!

This is my second stay here and this never disappoints! The couple go above & beyond. It’s in an upscale neighborhood and safe to walk. I have the pool to myself and 20 minutes from the airport and 10 miles from downtown Charleston! Convenient to local restaurants & Walmart is 3 minutes away. The guest suite is immaculate and waters and a few sodas were in the fridge upon arrival. Great for a single or couple who want peace & quiet! Thanks Jeanne & Chuck, I’ll be back!
