Leider haben wir etwas spät erst gesehen, dass die Reinigung nur auf direkte Anfrage erfolgt. Ein Hinweis an der Rezeption beim Checkin wäre hilfreich gewesen. Ansonsten alles super. Wie typisch für die größeren Städte in den USA ist die Umgebung recht laut. Die Lage ist ideal zum erkunden der Stadt :)"

Bring your own shampoos since the quality of the ones in the room was not great! It is only for “special events”! They really need to mention that in the description of the hotel as it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. It was beautifully furnished with a full kitchen, a powder room, washer/dryer, and closed off bedroom with full bath/shower.
