"Cedar Court is a beautiful hotel with views over The Stray. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and welcoming. The room was fairly spacious, with a very comfortable bed. My only (minor) criticism is that the heated towel rail in the bathroom was situated too high on the wall (above the toilet) for me to put the towels on to dry. There was nowhere else to put the towels. Apart from that small issue, it was an excellent stay."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Check-in was simple, staff were helpful and the hotel has clearly been renovated recently to a high standard. Breakfast was up there with the best I've ever had in a hotel. Also cracking view over the town and beyond from the Skybar in which the breakfast was served. Llegamos pronto por la manana y dejamos las maletas alli, cuando llegamos de vuelta a las 5 o 6 de la tarde, la habitacion no estaba lista, cosa que no me parece correcto, ya que era bastante tarde. Cuando nos dan la habitacion despues de esperar unos 15 minutos (ya se que no es mucho, pero lo dejo como dato) resulto que en el bano no teniamos toallas, decidimos bajar mas tarde a pedirlas, ya que como veniamos de viaje nos tumbamos un poco, y fue...

"Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!"

"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"
